SERVICES & PRICING

Custom made to fit your needs and goals

The first step is to meet with you at your place of business to learn more about what’s on your mind. You don’t even need to know exactly what to ask for. My initial visit is FREE, and there we will talk about what you see and hear and what you would like to improve. For example, we might talk about employee engagement or succession planning or executive coaching. My job is to zero in on what we can do that tackles your needs head-on. Every work environment is different, and I will tailor-make a comprehensive plan that clearly defines your needs and goals.

That plan might include focus groups and/or employee surveys to delve deeper into their outlook on performance barriers, supervision, your culture, and even you if you want. (Many leaders are surprised to learn that they are perceived a little differently than they think they are.) I can gather information, analyze data, and make recommendations. We can look at policies and procedures to see what might be stifling motivation and causing turnover. We can address morale and engagement issues and begin transforming your organization into the most desirable workplace in your industry. And if you’re ready to take your leadership skills up to the next level, we can definitely do that, too.
PRICING

Pricing & Training

Large corporations are often the ones that can afford I-O psychologists to come in and offer solutions.  I’m here to change that, so here is my pricing:  Initial visit is FREE.  Then a $1000 flat fee for any work that takes two business days (16 hours) or less.  $2,000 flat fee for any work that takes between 2 and 5 business days.  And I promise I can get a lot done in a short period of time.  Why so low?  Simply put, I don’t have a lot of overhead and I want to be accessible for non-profits and smaller businesses that wouldn’t normally be able to hire a consultant.

I challenge you to find a better value proposition.  Like I said in my bio, I want to help the good guys and gals win, so give me a call or send an email today!
